Hypocrisy

Alegre has a diary up just now, discussing how terrible comments at DKos

made about her candidate, Hillary Clinton, have caused her so much

distess that she is striking the site.

I call hypocisy.

And I am angry.

Please follow me below if you wish,  and I will explain.

Alegre is a good writer...much better than I am.

I freely grant that.

I also agree that candidate comments and diaries have often gotten out of hand here...

But I also see on DKos some of the most intelligent , insightful and informed writing on any site in the blogosphere.

I also often see more moderate temperments try to rein in more immoderate posters.

I am not defending the unpleasant things that have been said.

But I call hypocrisy, because Alegre is a constant poster at MyDD, a site that consistantly has some of the most inflammatory and hateful anti-Obama verbiage that I have EVER read...as bad as things on freeper sites.

I have never seen Alegre take any of her fellow anti-Obama posters to task for their hate speech.

And I find that to be inconsistant and hypocritical.
